Beware Rude Clerk.
Asked to use my 30% off with Kohls CC was told I needed to be a new member. Went to customer service was told I needed to call 800 number. Called 800 number was told needed to check back with customer service at store. Always a issue at this location. Shop kohls around the SE. never any issues. Only east west connector.
Corporate did confirm this was a valid coupon. However it was a store issue. Sad what sales team's customer service has become over the years. Management probably trains their crew that people don't have the time to go through the hustle and bustle to argue. Make up some excuse and pass the customer around until they give up. read more
