If you want quality work, don't hire these people. We had this company come and aerate and overseed our yard late Fall. They seemed very nice at the time. We live on almost and acre so it was quite expensive. A couple weeks later we called and asked for some assistance with a couple other jobs, but didn't get a return phone call and just shrugged it off. Well Spring rolls around and we have no grass, actually the opposite, dirt and weeds! So many weeds, more weeds than our yard has ever had. So bad it's embarrassing to pull into our driveway. So we call Kolts and nobody returns our call. We begin to wonder if we have the right number. We email, try contacting the website, text, you name it, but no response. We try several times. Finally we get a response and Kolt says he will come out after a couple rains because we need some rain for the seed to germinate. He never comes. We try to call again. No response again and back and forth we go. You get the idea. Long story short we are stuck with a terrible looking yard and short over $1000 dollars. So sad that people operate this way and sleep at night! read more
