It's always fun to try out new cuisine that I don't regularly go to and discover on some new flavor profile as a foodie. This time around is Peruvian cuisine.
The restaurant is very spacious and the owner is super friendly. He patiently explained the menu items as he know it's my first time. The menu itself also have some details for each dish. I started with Mayacura, which is a passion fruit beverage. It taste quite refreshing and the sweetness is just right. I would recommend to get the Trio Criollo if you can't figure out where to start. That is what I got, as it come with three sampler dishes. My favorite is the Cau Cau, which is a beef tripe stew. The tripe is super soft and tender, pair well with a pepper sauce and the potatoes.
