We had a wonderful dinner here tonight. Ernie has done the ramen world a great deed! We had the Shoyu Ramen, and the Tori Paitan. Ordered the Gyoza and Edamame - both are flavorful and very tasty! We split the Egg Sando and the Katsu Sando - loved them both! Since having Ernie's ramen last spring - we feel like the broth has been stepped up and noodles are on point with perfection.
