Saw there's a Yelp site for Kottu. My only experience with Chef/owner Syd Suntha's mobile spot was back on 7/3/22 when he was adjacent to Chuck's Hop Shop in Greenwood. Never had Sri Lankan cuisine, but what I had was an explosion of flavor and textures. Watching him cook on the spot was also very mesmerizing. Amazing when at the time it was just him. Innovative chef and part of a culinary podcast. His Wu Tang Clan extravaganza last year with other chefs was also a huge success, as I recall.
