I originally popped into this Kroger on a quick mission: Advil. But like most trips to the grocery store, I quickly realized Kroger is the kind of place where you walk in for one thing and somehow imagine yourself leaving with a cart full of snacks, produce, and maybe even a new scented candle you didn't know you needed.
This location has pretty much everything you'd expect (and then some): rows upon rows of groceries, fresh produce, bakery items, a deli, and aisles full of temptations that make you think, "Sure, I do need three different types of crackers." It's organized well, clean, and has plenty of variety, which makes it easy to find what you're looking for, or at least easy to find things you weren't looking for.
The staff I encountered were friendly, and checkout was smooth, which is always a win in the world of grocery shopping. Prices are competitive, and there are lots of deals if you're a Kroger card holder.
Overall, it's not just a store to grab Advil, it's a place you could easily make your regular grocery stop. Next time I'll probably walk out with more than just pain relief. read more
