First time trying this truck which I've heard nothing about. Caught up with them at Commonwealth Brewing on a Saturday. The truck had nice appearance and signage. The name is catchy and inviting. Two staff were manning. I ordered a Pork & Jam off the specials menu for $9. The woman who assisted me was great! They ran out of the dish after my order and it was wiped off their chalk board. It took about 20 minutes to get my sandwich. They were busy, but still for a truck that's too long. The appearance looked interesting and no doubt was large. Unfortunately not much worked and I assume in part it's because it was pork belly the should not have sold. The pork was plentiful but dry. The jelly was way overkill. More disappointing was the biscuit that was also dry and burned on the bottom. Most was tossed. I'm sure they can do better. I would be willing to bet this was just an off experience and if I had the opportunity would try again. 1.5, rounding up with nice service. read more
