The customer service was nice but the food did not match that at all. The food came out under cooked (the Krystal patties were gray) and the cheeses was not melted on the fries. There was also grease leaking out of the bottom of my box of tater tots as if they were just dumped into the box. Very disappointed with the food quality and will not come back any time soon. read more
