I used to love this place. This dispensary is right next to my house and is open pretty late. Not much to complain about until recently. I go into kush 21 on an average of 1.7 times a day since they've opened (I did the calculations), but today that has since stopped. They sell really old dab oil to their customers and don't disclose it. I recently bought a gram of oil that I thought was on sale to try it. When I got home I realized that the oil was over a year and a half old. I came back in with an unopened package and asked if I could exchange it for a newer one, or get store credit, just something. Instead, not only did I get a "you should have read the label better" from Jen I also got a, "fuck! You shouldn't talk about shit like that in front of me while I'm on the phone" while I was voicing my concerns. My main issue is they Kush 21 sold me old dab oil and when I came in to try and fix the issue they yelled and belittled me to the point where I'm never returning again. read more
