I went to get my daughters hair cut today. They did a horrible job. Her hair is longer on the sides, and it has an arc/bow in the middle. They said they would "fix it" but will not give me a refund. I don't want these people touching her hair again and making it worse. I do have a picture. The employees were dressed unprofessionally, and seemed rude and short tempered.
