I wish I could rate them a 5/5, but there are a few things that I felt made my experience a little queasy at times. I was welcomed with open arms, and they told me that the wait was 1 hr, but I was like whatever, I don't have much else to do anyways. They got me into a seat pretty fast, and I was only waiting about 30 or so minutes before a gentleman began working on my hands. He was very gentle, and I was very satisfied with how he was doing my nails. One thing I did notice ( btw I have no idea what his name was, but both the men in the facility seemed to do their jobs very well ) was that when I sat down and he began doing my nails, the remains of the nails of the lady before me were still sitting on the table that my hands were resting on. I was very grossed out, but the guy eventually cleaned off the table. One thing I was not impressed with was how rude one of the staff members seemed to be acting towards him. She then yelled at him, half way through my appointment, and made me move a seat down. I was so confused. She also snatched the LED Light from the table ( out of his hands ) when he was drying the polish. She then began doing my nails and she was very rough and wasn't paying attention, she was on the phone and very inhibit the whole time. They ended up nice, but the process was confusing.
