Where to even start?! This place is excellent. Great lunch pricing, incredible food, unbelievable atmosphere. Its a fancy spot, so except it to feel a little stuffy, but the atmosphere is actually rather open and calming. The building, Le Doyen, is storied with history-- it's where Napoleon met Josephine, which really lends an incredible gravity and appreciation to the meal. My favorite bite was the turnip amuse bouche astonishingly, it was so complex, crunchy, oily, fresh, herbaceous, creamy and delicious, an 11/10. Every other bite was a 9/10 if not a 10/10. Highly recommend. read more
