My experience with this company is bittersweet. The gentleman that I worked with they were very nice very courteous very prompt however I made several requests during the move that they did not listen to. First of all they put my TVs an 80 inch TV and a 65 inch TV in the back of the pod that was moving 1200 miles. They put nothing around it to secure it and all the items that they put above it fell during transit onto the TVs. They put holes in my dining room chair. The worst thing is they took both of my dressers and flipped them upside down and then put heavy items on top of them destroying both dressers. One of the dressers they actually destroyed one of the legs. I reached out to the owner Kyle who has responded back-and-forth with me over the last month so I will give a fair Report on what he tells me.
