Great addition to Bishop Ranch 15! Our group got a mix of sandwiches, paninis, and salads, and all the portions were enormous. The chicken in the Firenze was stackedddd and the paninis were juicy, flavorful, and not dry. The southwest salad was so packed that there was no room to shake, but the dressing wasn't very noteworthy. Kinda blah and could use my flavorful punches. Will definitely be back to try more sandwiches/paninis, and can't wait to try the breakfast options! read more
