Just happened to find this new taco truck during their soft opening! Super sweet, extremely friendly & helpful couple serving up delicious tacos, burritos, mulitas, and more! What really sets them apart from other trucks is their handmade tortillas, grilled to perfection. So sturdy you don't need to double up to keep your tacos from falling apart while eating. I tried the asada and have ZERO regrets. Well-seasoned, quality cuts, and just mouthwatering good! Since it's their soft opening, the meat selection is a bit limited, but they said they plan to offer carnitas on special days and want to also offer some Puerto Rican specialties as they settle in. (They described some delicious sounding meat-on-a-stick thing I will definitely be following their socials for!) The truck was located off the street at 11th & Park, across from the Circle J. Plenty of space for parking & a few tables set up with umbrellas for shade. Looking forward to watching this truck grow! read more
