Brought my newly purchased refurbished laptop for a memory upgrade. The price and time that I was quoted was fair and fast. They installed my new RAM( x2) and SSD in less than 30 minutes at the end of a busy day. They also took the time to show me the installation was completed correctly. They even helped me do the set up on my new computer and I also feel that they were very upfront and honest in terms of what was necessary to speed up my computer or expand my storage.
