Okay... this is GEM. Honestly best baguette stateside. The crumb was excellent. We got there about 10min before open and there was a long line outside but it moved super fast. There is no seating but the just a small team of bakers who clearly know their craft and what they are doing. I will be back!! Best bread bakery Eugene!! read more
