DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS to build your Gazebo. I hired Julian and his crew to build my 12x14 Gazebo from Costco. He promised to be done in 4-6 hours with a crew of 3 guys. It was literally a nightmare. 1) First day shows up late because he says he needed to replace the guys on his crew. 2) Finally get started on the project but 8 hours later I notice that his guys on his crew are not following the directions. They are not matching the correct screws to the correct pre drilled holes and making new holes in the wood. And they're not even half way done with the project 3) Julian tells me that these are not his BUILDERS but his MOVERS. Why would you hire MOVERS to build a Gazebo 4) Julian tells me that he can come back the next day with his builder to fix what they messed up and finish the project. 5) Next day, he completes the job in an additional 14 hours. But the job is done horribly. The roof is slanted to the right. And they still used the wrong screws to hold it together. Instead of using the assigned hex bolts he uses like 20 wood screws as you can see in the picture. And I'm missing parts and have extra parts laying around **Takeaway** This dude quoted me 4-6 hours for a job that he has never done before. Took 5 times as long as he quoted me. And when he did show up he didn't have the correct tools (had to use mine). Then showed up with guys that had 0 building experience. Then damaged my property. Stole the extra parts and left extra parts in my back yard. And he still did a horrible job putting it together! And when I confronted him about it, he tells me it's my fault because I rushed him.
