La Saletta definitely lives up to its Michelin recognition, every dish was a work of art, beautifully plated, and bursting with refined Sardinian flavors. The tasting menu felt like a culinary journey, and each bite left my tastebuds wanting more. The highlight for me was the creativity, playful presentations, surprising textures, and an excellent wine pairing that complemented every course.
That said, the portions were on the smaller side, so if you're expecting a hearty Sardinian feast, this is more of a fine-dining experience than a rustic one. Still, if you appreciate elevated cuisine and don't mind leaving just a little hungry, La Saletta is absolutely worth a visit. read more
