This is it! You have to come here. La table d'Augustine is the best restaurant around. We came here based in some reviews on Google but none of them do justice. The restaurant is charming and food is incredible. Make sure you come early... 19:45 is pushing it. This place got packed in 15 minutes. The menu is small but has a little bit for everyone's taste. Fresh fish, steaks, veal, pasta, lamb.... etc. The fetta and watermelon salad was super good and the octopus appetizer is a must have. Everything was cooked perfectly. The fish of the day was light and super flavorful, rigatoni and black truffle was delicate and savory. The lamb shank also very good... not gamey at all. Served with creamy mashed potatoes.... incredible. The creme brulee was sweet but light at the same time. Service is super friendly and maybe a little slow if you are used to having people rush you to get the seat.... not here... here, there is a good pace and definitely no rush. Drink your wine and enjoy every minute of it. Which brings me to drinks... a lot of people ordered cocktails and seem to enjoy them a lot. I heard good commentaries about them.
