Nitemarish blood draw by "Trinity". Never had a bad experience with a blood draw in my 61 years. She put a tourniquet-like compression bandage on, plus she tied it below the needle stick area. I have a swollen, very sore vein with a hematoma and can't use my arm. Sloppy work, should not use those compression bandages (I don't care what the new protocol says, they should only be used for severe wounds or post-op or if there's excessive bleeding), and Trinity needs to practice her aim when wrapping. In the meantime, AVOID this place! And the other reviews are correct. The tall, white front desk guy is a d-bag. While I was waiting in the hallway, he showed up at 7:15 AM today without a mask, shut and locked the door behind him while he spread his germs inside until he came out and opened the door at 7:30 with his obligatory mask.
