Professional and minimal wait time is a summary of my experience. Anytime I've been in this particular LabCorp I've always had a really nice experience. I've been in other locations with ho hum results. They greet, they do their job, they say have a good day. It's textbook and that's ok. However, for this staff to be lively at an early hour and still give personable service shows that they aren't on auto pilot. They understand service and delivering it in a great way. Let's face it, no one either wants to give blood or urine or whatever the orders call for, but what makes the anxious or apprehensive personal experience that much more comfortable is the human interaction. My appointment was at 830 am and I was seen at 835. Good stuff. I especially liked the text feature of 21st century type to alert me that they were still on top of things and for me to be prepared to be seen soon. It was an added plus for me. So if this LabCorp is in your area great! Go if you are given reason to go to one go to this one. It wasn't close to my area, but have car, will travel so I chose to go where I was comfortable and treated like a human. So this is why they earned 5 stars. read more
