The people here are very nice and helpful. I've come here with my dad several times to help him plan for his retirement after 21 years at LA County. They have validated parking which is great because local parking is very tough. We've always done the walk in appointment, but I highly recommend making an appointment online because the walk in wait is always very long. It usually is at least an hour wait.
