If you're anywhere near Eagle or Boise and not eating at Lalo Cantina, you're doing it wrong. The tableside guacamole is 12/10 and the ceviche is to die for--fresh, flavorful, and made with serious intention. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. Our waitress Dayna was an absolute gem--attentive, warm, and genuinely made the experience special. The manager Ethan is amazing and clearly runs a tight ship while keeping the vibe welcoming and fun. And the owners? Incredible humans. The hospitality here is truly outta this world--you feel it the moment you walk in. We ate in the Cartel Room, which is hands-down the coolest private room in Boise.
