My Troy-Bilt lawn tractor was having problems so I took the unit here as they were the local warranty servicer. The one way trip of 38 miles was well worth it. All of the employees were friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. When we brought the unit in, we were greeted by the service manager and directed to the main service bay. The bay supervisor came out and looked over the unit. Diagnosis of the problem took only 30 seconds and turned out to be a severely compromised air filter. We left the unit to await the replacement part and asked for an oil change and the installation of mulching blades, which we provided. Through no fault of theirs, the replacement part took over 4 weeks to arrive since it was made only in China. We were kept informed of the status of the repairs on a regular basis and were overjoyed when it finally arrived. When we picked it up all issues had been resolved. A full mechanical review and repairs, including leveling the mower deck, has been done. Even though it was not their fault, the bill was adjusted as a way of apologizing for the extended wait.
