Quality work and friendly service. I've lived in Oxford and gotten fair to good work done at all the regular places people go. I was looking for something better. When I called a well known shop and they referred me to Langley's, I felt confident they would do good work. I had to wait a few weeks to get in, and they took longer than I expected, but mechanics aren't drive through fast food. Quality work takes time. Prices were fair. (Do you want fast, cheap, or good? Pick two). I dealt with Dennis and Brandon and both guys took the time I needed to communicate and ask questions. They even adjusted the final bill down due to an honest clerical error. They caught it and were up front about it. Also, I'm the kind of vehicle owner that's going to pop the hood and check around for all the little details. Brandon left my car as good as I brought it. No grease spots. No left tools. All fasteners as expected.
