The 'Taco Bus' is exactly that. A bus with the friendliest owners this side Mexico. They were engaging and truly concerned that what you were eating did indeed tickle your tastebuds. The BUS is not hard to locate, parking seemed plentiful at the time Sis and I arrived (2pm Monday). There was another couple waiting for their meal. They were kind enough to allow me to take pictures once their food arrived. Sis and I studied the extensive menu, settling on Street Tacos with rice and beans. Mine were chicken, she had beef. Once the food arrived, all you could hear were moans and groans of pure enjoyment, as we dug in to creamy refried beans, tender slightly spicy rice, and the perfect 2-bite taco filled with purrfectly seasoned meat. We both carried part of our meal home for later.
