The Union location is conveniently located right outside Union Station just right at the top of the stairs of the Bay St Promenade. I wish I could rate rate them higher given the convenient location, cleanliness of the space, and friendly staff, however, I didn't see any results after completing a half leg package. With each session, I told the laser technician that I couldn't feel anything (literally pain level of zero) but was told that they are using technology that minizes any pain with the cool air the blows out of the machine. There was no improvement after 6 sessions, and some hair appears to be growing thicker now. Aside from the lack of results, their IT system needs to be updated as well. There was never any availability when you try to book online, and therefore must make an appointment in perosn or by phone, and their online profile isn't linked to the store system either. Despite having an online profile, I was unable to see past appointments and I had to manually track how many sessions I had left in my package or had to ask one of the associates. read more
