Wow- one happy customer here. Recently it has been so hard for us to find time for laundry, so we wanted to outsource it. In the Bronx there are not many good reliable options though. My husband found Laundry train online searching and I was very! skeptical to try even as I am a super clean and organized person- shoeless house etc... but anyway- it was mostly his stuff - besides we had to try to know and I honestly don't have time anymore to do laundry with a newborn in the house. In their Online website they have it super organized- you can choose the detergent they wash, add fabric softener or whether they hang dry the stuff - all other details for laundry. Then you go ahead an schedule a pickup. We had almost 8pounds of laundry and the price is very reasonable (around 20$) for all the hassle we go through ourselves to this laundry with our in-apartment laundry room. Our delivery person came right in the time window that they give to us and picked up the bags. In 24h, our laundry came back - very sturdy bags- inside they were all smelling clean, and folded very well. Being super neat and attentive to detail, I was pleasantly surprised with laundry train's service quality and also customer service snd wanted to take my time to write this review. I definitely recommend their service and will use it for sure again. I am so glad we can get help with our laundry with them and knowing that they will all come back clean and well folded. Oh, cherry on the top- they have an app- go ahead and download it so that you can give a new order, track your order etc. Just brilliant! First time customers get a 5$ discount btw. read more
