Stopped here on a road trip and paid $8 for a matcha. I really wanted to support a local business instead of going to a bigger chain like Starbucks or Dutch Bros, but I was honestly disappointed. The matcha was very watered down and not creamy like I'm used to -- especially at that price point.
The staff were super kind and great to chat with, which makes this harder to say. I just think if you're charging $8, the quality and ingredients shouldn't feel cheap. I'd love to see them improve the consistency because the vibe and service were great. read more
