The service and the quality were beyond my expectations. The front desk is really supportive for my many questions. Very friendly and warm welcoming. Kim was very skillful with her techniques and she really cared for clients, and pay attentive to my needs. She took time to make sure the work to look nice and balanced. The only one nail technician who hold my hands vertically straight up to make sure it looks nice at that perspective. I'd been to different places. I know this is personal yet Kim's work does make me fall in love with my hands. Overall, Lenient is a small nail business yet the vibe is chill and relax. I am still sensitive with the aroma though.
