Prior to purchasing the realtor Marjorie (Margie) with Lighthouse Realty in St Augustine, FL painted over black mold after trying to unsuccessfully remove the wallpaper and failed to disclose the deadly/toxic conditions. 75% of the home had mold in between the walls. I had to MOVE OUT for 6 weeks to remediate the mold and I have spent $70,000 so far, and need another $150,000 to be made whole and make this home livable.
