Lightning built my house which was completed in July 2015. Jose and Manuel are extremely professional and easy to work with. I had no experience in construction or remodel and they did a great job guiding me through the process. They took care of everything from the plans, to the filing of the permits, all the way to getting final sign off for certificate of occupancy. Jose was personally available by phone and text anytime I had a question. We never had any city permit issues or delays. The project was done within budget and I was very happy with the finished product. They delivered exactly what was in the contract and there were no surprises or hudden costs.
