Jesse and Kathy are now at this location in Greece. The set up inside of the nail shop is standard. Customer service seems like it has marginally improved and on the few occasions that I have been here, business is slower than it was years ago in Webster. I'm not exactly sure what the story is behind Lili's, but I was told that this location is no longer affiliated with the original one in Webster. Appointments are still preferred prior to a visit, but there seems to be some level of flexibility since things are slower. Kathy does amazing nail art! Her designs are really superior to what you would typically find in most salons in Rochester. I think their prices are fairly reasonable, but I mainly get gel manicures. There are only three people working in the salon currently. I most recently went to the guy who sits next to Jesse. He did a good job, but my nail art barely lasted a two days. My gel polish also began to chip. I did not have this concern when Kathy did my nails. I would highly and solely recommend Kathy (can't vouch for anyone else). read more
