Let me start by saying I'm always looking for black owned businesses to support. When I tell you this place has the sweetest owners and staff that I have met in a while, it was very refreshing. Today was, I think the dad's birthday, so everyone had on cute shirts. The first thing I noticed was the floor. It was so cute and shiny. The logo on the wall was hand painted, and as an artist that was my favorite part.
Baby when I tell you the ribs were so good. I wish they would have been boneless. It was my first time trying fried ribs. I was highly impressed and the BBQ sauce just made it even better. The yams, macaroni and cheese and greens were so flavorful. You don't need salt or pepper added. They did that! Babe and my neighbor kept asking for cornbread. I think they had four a piece. It was the perfect piece of cornbread.
I also loved the music choices. Slow R&B style with a laid back vibe. I will be returning soon! read more
