Was referred by a friend. He came over evaluated, gave me a quote, set up my appointment. Appointment day I took off work early to make sure I could meet him in time. He never showed, didn't call or answer my calls didn't text. That evening he answered my call and told me he got a nail in his arm. That's fine hope it gets better but no call. Instead of rescheduling me and maybe giving me a discount he threw me over to a different company. THAT GUY was GREAT!!!!
