I went to try the viral Crazy Puffs. I placed my order online. On arrival my order was not in the pick up oven. After standing there for 5+ minutes no one acknowledged me. The lady who was in the front was also working the drive thru. A man walked in after me and asked if they had any crazy puffs ready, her response was " I don't know" and walked off. The man eventually just left because she didn't return. I overheard another lady in the back say that they only had pepperoni available which is not what I ordered. I asked the lady if they had my order of cheese crazy puffs as it had now been over 10 minutes and I hadn't been acknowledged nor had my food come out. Her response to me was also "I don't know", which I asked if she could find out. The employee clearly did not want to be there as she glared at me like I was stupid for asking her to do her job. She went back and instead of asking the other lady about my order she tells her I have a question. The lady in the back tells me to give her a moment and came out asked how could she help. I advised I was only trying to inquire about my order. She took my name and advised my order had been ready. Sigh. So 20min after my order was scheduled to be ready I finally had it in hand and of course it was cold smh. read more
