Is this the most impressive Lighthouse in Maine? Absolutely not! I still think it is worth a stop at if you are close by. Certainly not worth a specific trip like some of the major more notable lighthouses are. Parking is limited so I can imagine this would be a very difficult spot to reach during peak summer time. The true highlight is not even the lighthouse but more-so the walking bath and ocean views. If you set your expectations lower and aren't looking for this to be the same quality lighthouse as Portland Head Light I think you can appreciate this for what it is. read more
