Sip used to be our fave place for cocktail and happy hour bites. When it closed we were sad, but it has reopened in the newly renovated Marriott downtown. As we walked by on a frigid night we thought, "I wonder if the patio is open?" We had Boomer with us. The patio WAS open but the heaters weren't working yet, BUT they let us enjoy the warm lobby bar with the pooch peacefully perched on the carpet. We ordered a French75 and a Cosmopolitan to start us off. So far , so good. I had the chicken sandwich and Pat had the fish tacos. The chicken sandwich was delicious, nothing spectacular but not shabby either. The fish tacos were ample and equally delicious. Boomer preferred the fries that came with the chicken sandwich and gave two tail wags for the service. Jackie was a dog lover! A great place for locals and tourists alike.
