This salon should be avoided. I have been here multiple times and last time they used regular polish when I asked for and paid for gel. I gave them another chance and yet again, the artist used regular polish and not the gel. I told her I wanted gel polish not regular and she told me I was wrong (I wasn't). As the manicure continued, I noticed multiple of my fingers were bleeding from their cuticles. I pointed out this to the artist (not sure how she didn't notice) and she said "ok" and didn't nothing. The cuticles became painful and bled further but she ignored the problem, which is not only rude but also unsanitary. At the end of painting my nails (again, with the incorrect polish type I was being charged for), she simply put some alcohol on one of the bleeding fingers and said I owed $40. Paid via Venmo, since this place demands Venmo only payment which is illegal as a business, and left. Will not return, thanks for wasting an hour of my life and $40! read more
