Stepping off the bus (X5 which is quicker or 124) onto a grassy bank very close to oncoming traffic which is a bit overwhelming, turn and face a car park, a fish and chip van and toilets, not great but then venture onwards and you see the stunning view, so breathtaking is the far out sea, the view of Arthur seat in the distance and the many, many rocks which you will be desperate to investigate and explore and the kids will love clambering over the rocks looking for shells and crabs and whatever else may be lurking, However i'll be honest, this place for me is a bit overwhelming, too much hard work and disorientating with no clear paths or trails, its not the place to go for a leisurely stroll along the beach and I'm not sure how safe it is for small children. read more
