During my 2nd trimester I decided that I needed a doula to emotionally and mentally support me through my pregnancy and birth. A friend recommended Elizabeth and when we met via Zoom she immediately made me feel at ease and her energy/vibe was so positive! I didn't have a birth vision at the beginning, but throughout my birth journey I became more confident and aware of my choices through our meetings with Elizabeth. And during labor, she was available via phone to guide me and my husband through each contraction. Because of my quick labor there wasn't an opportunity for Elizabeth to be with me at the hospital, but she remained on the phone to check with the nurses about my birth plan. I really appreciated her communication and support through every step of the way. My birth experience was so positive and wouldn't have been possible without having Looma walking us through each step of our first birth experience!
