This is not baseball. Purchased a luv tote in 2018. The first tote i recieved looked beautiful on the outside. The lining was not attatched. After several emails and a promised replacement I did return the defective one. 2 months later i was informed the replacement got lost in the mail. Finally recieved a replacement. The tote was so poorly made. The handles were so lopsided it was obvious that there had no quality inspection. Returned that one. The 3rd tote has a zipper compartment that has no space to put anything in. Not even a tube of lipstick. Lots of material but pouch.
