So, I saw the reviews and figured- this must be a great place.. I went to get my nails done here about a week and a half ago. Turns out, I was 100% incorrect and should have stuck to cleaner, more professional, and friendlier nail salons like Milluxury Nail Salon/SO many others. I would just say that if a nail salon looks gross when you first walk in, it probably is. There was nail polish, dirt, tissues, etc. everywhere... The women who I assume is higher up at the salon was so rude the first time I was there and when I went back in to get my nails fixed. Right after I left the salon the first time, my nails already had cracks all along the top, which within the next 24 hours they were all cracked along the top. When I went in to get them fixed, the same lady "fixed" my nails by painting a color over top the cracked polish which made my nails so thick (The nail place I went to today said that was unacceptable and that you have to take all the polish off and redo them when the top coat cracks). She also didn't do a detailed/ good job AT ALL. Almost all my nails had nail polish on the skin, some way worse than others- I had to file/clip the nail polish off. Within 5 days my nail polish was cracking/ peeling off. The lady who did my nails was also really rude (made comments, really snappy), not only to me but also another group of women that came in. I am not sure why or how they have such good reviews, but they were nice to the older "regulars". That being said not having a clean work place, not doing a professional nail painting application(which is why people keep coming back), and having a nasty attitude are not smart business strategies. read more
