What an absolute nightmare to deal with lowes of st james, i ordered a full kitchen cabinet's for my new house that i am moving into, you would think brand new cabinets would not come all out of align and nothing would be wrong, boy was i in for a rude awaking. Ordered cabinets with salesman jerry, what a pleasure he was at first but later on discovering between him and the manager who never seems to be working when i call, they practically told me good luck with your cabinets that all the doors are crooked and sagging, assembled horribly and told me i need to have my installer fix the issues at my cost. I hope NOBODY ordered any cabinets from this store as they are crooks and do not stand by their product that shannandoah cabinets makes. They have nothing but a scam running in that department. My contractor now has to make up for 5/8 out of adjustment some how how by removing and re drilling the whole assembly for these pullout drawers.
