Starting off Isabella was amazing, experience 8/10 but when I explained I haven't had them done is a while she comforted me. Well the next day I wake up to red, itchy, irritated eyes. I did cold compresses and got the soonest removal time at 1:30pm. All day I stayed with itchy eyes. When removing my eyelashes she didn't apply remover til clean up after removing the lashes alone. She promptly apologized but never asked to give me a refund, I came in 2 weeks before my wedding and now I'm stuck red and puffy eyed. I'm so upset about this situation. read more
