WARNING! STAY AWAY! Awful! My poor, naive cousin (who's a tourist) fell for this sketchy shop. If you speak broken English you're bound to be hassled by the shopkeeper to buy unnecessary luggage. They don't tell their clueless customers about their return policy, which is nonexistent. "No refund, return in 7 days ONLY exchange or store credit with $25 service charge, 15% restocking fee." Total rip off! Hope this store closes or gets kicked off the Camarillo outlet. This shop belongs elsewhere. read more
