I usually try to support local businesses, but I feel obligated to share our experience with Luxe Blades NTX Pros so others can avoid the frustration we've dealt with. We hired them to install artificial turf in May 2024, and the problems started immediately. We were told they wouldn't start the job due to the heavy rains in the spring--but then, without notice, they showed up and began installation while the ground was still wet. There was no proper oversight of the crew, and our sprinkler system was damaged during the process. Since then, we've had water pooling beneath the turf, fly infestations, and white concrete spots bleeding through the surface. They cut into the turf in places they thought had drainage, but missed the actual drains--covering many drains completely and some half open. Meanwhile, weeds are now popping up--not just around the edges, which we were told might happen, but right through the middle of the yard. So much for low maintenance. The seams are clearly visible and already separating. No staples were used, and the glue is failing badly. One turf professional who reviewed the job said the condition looks more like a five-year-old installation, not one that's barely a year old. We paid for the correct amount of infill, but much of it was removed from the property. Some was brought back later, but no one seemed to know what had happened to it--and they just tossed it around randomly. They also damaged our fence during installation. At one point, the current and former owners came out together to inspect the yard and admitted the turf behind the pool would need to be pulled up and replaced, and the irrigation fixed. They hired someone to repair three sprinkler heads--but instructed him not to fix the turf in that area. So now we have three spots left cut open and sunken in, with big rusty nails sticking up--a real safety risk to our dogs and kids. Despite repeated outreach and even formal letters, we haven't heard a peep from them since. The lack of accountability is beyond disappointing. Multiple reputable turf companies have since assessed the work and all agree: it needs to be completely removed and redone correctly. What should've been a long-lasting, high-quality installation has turned into a year-long headache. We had planned to host family gatherings and a wedding this summer in our backyard, but due to the condition of the turf, that's no longer possible.
