They used to be located across the street - but an arsonist burned that complex down (that's another story). Linh Le is the best waxer in Oakland!! She is consistent, diligent, and efficient. She is a perfectionist. She likes to make sure that you're right before she lets you go-no matter how many more customers are waiting. MacArthur Nails has been nothing less than dependable. Whenever I come here, I know for certain that I'll be satisfied. The wait is hit or miss - I tend to plan around paydays and holidays so that I can avoid a long wait time. They are typically busy all day - with some soft spots in between (you have to come at random times and cross your fingers).
