This store is always busy, but they have stepped up on the Customer Service. Coming to this store has been more or an enjoyable experience. I was here Friday during the day and April was my sales associate. I requested an NC50 Mac Pro long wear, and they did not have it. April went above and beyond. She gave me samples of other things that would replace NC50. In customer service that is the best thing you could do. offer me something else. Make me want to spend my money and come back. That is all apart of business. I am in Mac often so April just gained a loyal customer. Every time that I am there I will ask for April excellent service. read more
